1- Bring the water to boil, in a kettle.

2- Put the tea seeds (as in the picture, sold in supermarkets, regional products), and sugar in your teapot

3- Pour boiling water over, and simmer on low heat

4- When it is about to overflow, remove from heat, and add mint.

5- Let infuse a few minutes before enjoying your good tea.
