Delivery time depends on transportation operators : Deadlines announced 5 to 7 working days by "Poste Maroc" to Europe and 10 to 12 working days outside, and and 48 hours by Chronopost Express.

For deliveries to Europe and US, shipments are scheduled 2 times a week out strikes, holidays, weekends.

All our products are manufactured in Morocco. In case of out of stock of an item, the customer is immediately informed of the delivery date.

The unsatisfactory products or under warranty should be returned in their original condition, delivery of return at your expense. Refund are possible within a week after the order. Beyond, only the exchange remain possible.
